This is my offering to anyone that is interested in deepening their idea of what Abruzzo is, was and can be. The storytelling of my great-grandmother, Giovannina setteuarciate, shaped my first idea of the mountains. It was not until 2014 that I physically got to piece together the small nuances that characterize Abruzzo from my own point of view.

I find it difficult to explain the duality packed into this place but this list is a way to share with you some of the places and points of reference that shape my experiences in this part of Italy.
